Staff Accountant

Position: Staff Accountant Location: Clearwater, FL Employment Type: Full-Time salary Range; $50,000 - $60,000 Annually Overview: OCC Road House & Museum is a hospitality, retail, and live performance hub operating at top speed with extensive moving parts. We host everything from daily restaurant dining, retail merchandise store and daily entertainment. We are seeking a highly adaptable Staff Accountant to assist in our complete financial engine room. This single corporate entity is dynamically split into three distinct Profit & Loss (P&L) segments: Food & Beverage, Retail, and Entertainment. The ideal candidate will assist in mufti-platform revenue data extraction, maintain bulletproof 1099 compliance for independent contractors, assist with payroll, Al/P, reconciliations, and many other requested reports Responsibilities: Process and code food/beverage and retail merchandise vendor invoices Assist in weekly payroll processes and labor allocations Monitor and maintain monthly entertainment schedules subject to modifications or artist substitutions Calculate rapid post-show artist settlements utilizing contractual parameters (e.g., flat guarantees, backend ticket splits) Enforce submission Of W9s. Monitor and maintain 1099 lists to ensure accurate, updated records Extract, audit, consolidate transaction metrics from both Toast POS and Shopify Assist in managing and maintaining accurate class mapping to split and analyze revenues, costs, and margins across three distinct profit tracks: Food & Beverage, Retail, and Entertainment Assist in accelerating accurate month-end reports Qualifications & Skills: Full-charge bookkeeping/accounting experience (restaurant and/or entertainment venue experience is a plus) QuickBooks Online, Excel (XLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and parsing reports from point-of-sale systems (Toast & Shopify) Ability to stay highly organized and maintain extreme accuracy inside a high-volume environment where things move quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr
