Location: St. Petersburg, FL | HybridSalary: $80,000 + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities
• Manage customer invoicing, cash applications, and accounts receivable processes
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and supporting subledgers
• Support fixed asset accounting, prepaid expenses, and financial reporting requirements
• Staff Accountant will assist with audits, reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional finance initiatives
• Monitor collections, customer account activity, and credit-related processes

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred
