Export Sales/Logistics Support

Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Sales/Logistics support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and vendor queries.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process incoming orders
- Generate export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists and other international documents
- Support category manager by assisting in data entry, opportunity tracking and account follow-ups
- Process supplier invoices
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast pace, performance-based environment, multi-task and maintain several assigned activities simultaneously
- Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate both verbal and written
- Problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
- Organize and prioritize work, to ensure that deadlines are met.
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
