Opportunity: The Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the recruiting process through candidate screening, interview coordination, recruiting documentation, and timely follow-up. This role reviews intern and staff-level applications, conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating interviews for the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, maintaining recruiting records, and supporting college recruiting, onboarding coordination, and select HR projects as needed. Responsibilities: Review intern and staff-level applications in the ATS, conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit, and provide recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers regarding next steps. Coordinate and conduct initial screening interviews for intern and staff-level candidates from other sources, including referrals, recruiting events, and other candidate pipelines, as needed. Coordinate and schedule interviews for the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates across various levels, including phone, virtual, and onsite interviews. Prepare and send interview invitations, collect and organize interview documents, coordinate onsite interview details, collect interview feedback, and help ensure the interview process runs smoothly and in a timely manner. Maintain and update recruiting documents and systems, including candidate trackers, ATS records, candidate folders, interview notes, feedback documentation, and follow-up items. Provide diligent follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to support an organized, responsive, and consistent recruiting process. Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruiting projects, candidate pipeline updates, process improvements, and other recruitment-related tasks as assigned. Support college recruiting coordination as needed, including setting up events, coordinating campus recruiting logistics, tracking promotional inventory, confirming office needs prior to events, and ensuring materials are shipped timely so attendees have the items they need. Assist with onboarding coordination as needed, including desk setup, welcome box orders, nameplates, business cards, and other new hire preparation items. Support ad hoc HR projects based on team bandwidth, including coordinating performance review meetings, collecting and documenting related files, assisting with clean-up projects, and supporting other HR administrative needs as assigned. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus. 0-2 years of related experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, interview schedules, follow-up items, and candidate details accurately. Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal team members. Responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up to keep recruiting processes moving in a timely manner. Ability to assess candidate fit for intern and staff-level roles and communicate recommendations clearly. Comfortable maintaining confidential information and handling candidate and employee documents with discretion. Reliable team player who is eager to learn, willing to assist where needed, and able to support both recurring recruiting processes and ad hoc HR projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Prior experience supporting recruiting, HR coordination, scheduling, candidate communication, or administrative processes preferred. Experience using an applicant tracking system or maintaining candidate records, trackers, and recruiting documentation preferred. Benefits/Compensation: Determining actual compensation relies on many factors including individual candidate experience, qualifications, and comparable benchmarks. Base compensation for this role

typically
