Description American Traveler is seeking a Nurse Manager for a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab program, requiring NJ or compact RN licensure and prior cath lab leadership experience. Details High-volume cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) lab setting within a hospital environment Program includes interventional cardiology, regional cardiogenic shock program, and one of the largest structural heart and EP programs in the state Expanding service line from 5 Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs to 7 Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs AM shift with flexible start times between 7a-9a On-call responsibilities required Floating to sister hospital as needed Uses EPIC EMR Requirements Active NJ or compact RN license required BLS certification required Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required Five years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting At least two years in a leadership role required Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operations Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Additional Information Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and EP labs, ensuring optimal workflow and patient throughput Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standards Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP lab personnel Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure high-quality patient care Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, identifying cost savings and resource optimization opportunities Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and adoption of best practices Serve as a liaison with hospital leadership, contributing to strategic planning and service line growth Support and expand regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs through clinical leadership Oversee expansion and integration of new procedure rooms to accommodate growing patient volumes Local candidates accepted Pay $4,065/wk Assignment Total (13 Weeks) $52,839 Annual Equivalent (52 Weeks) $211,354 Weekly Wages $2,588/wk Regular Hours $69.00 x 37.5 hours/wk = $2,588 Weekly Stipends $1,477/wk Lodging $143.00 x 7 days = $1,001 Meals & Incidentals
