Parking is the candidate's responsibility. Overview: Seeking an experienced CAPA & Training Lead to manage open CAPAs through closure, oversee training structures, and ensure compliance within GMP-regulated biopharma manufacturing. Must be adept in Veeva, Excel, and compliance metrics, with a strong grasp of deviation reports, triage, and cross-functional coordination. Key Skills:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment
- Strong Communication – written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences/Engineering or related field
- 8+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with metrics, deviation management, and manufacturing processes (cell/gene therapy a plus).
