Operations Manager

Title: Operations Manager Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057 Category: Center Based Summary The Center Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Kaleidoscope ABA’s mission to provide therapeutic services to children with autism. This position oversees daily staff and service management, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting, and general administrative tasks. The manager also maintains accurate staffing records, creates and maintains master schedules, ensures staffing aligns with budgeted hours per client, and serves as the liaison between administrative and clinical staff. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day staff and service operations at the center. Recruit, hire, and schedule clinical and support personnel. Handle customer service inquiries and maintain client relationships. Create, maintain, and update master schedules for clinical cases. Ensure staffing levels meet budgeted hours for each client as authorized by insurers. Serve as the primary point of contact for case assignments and staff availability. Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by management.
