Looking for a person who has a passion for data and numbers.Interpret data, analyze and process dataAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.Filter and “clean” data for system consumptionTransaction to account matchingTriage and research submitted ticketsUse resources (i.e. Tableau, Box, Internal Systems) to validate dataData Processing - ExcelSupport Tickets - Attention to detail, written and verbal communication organizational skillsStrong analytical skillsDemonstrated understanding of businessDemonstrated ability to manage through various customer situationsSeeking and acting on feedback from business partnersDemonstrate understanding of the business and master data management concepts.Process on average 6 files/week (files range from 5,000 rows to 40,000 rows)Process on average 30 support tickets/weekAchieve SLA of 5 business days on support ticket responsesAchieve SLA of 48 hours on data maintenance requestsAchieve SLA of 5 business days on major data change requestsDrive an increase in % first contact resolution for support tickets
