Who You Are:

The Temporary Sales Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for the High School Summer Abroad program, with a primary focus on student enrollment and the Academic Merit Award process. This role will manage high-volume data entry, tracking, audits, system updates, and seasonal projects while ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technologically capable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support administrative and operational projects related to High School Study Abroad student enrollment and preparation.
• Support the Academic Merit Award process, including preparing applications for review, tracking applicant information, reviewing required materials, and processing award decisions.
• Maintain accurate student records, spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and other operational tools.
• Perform high-volume data entry, audits, and system updates while identifying missing information, inconsistencies, duplicates, and records requiring follow-up.
• Support student enrollment, pre-departure courses, insurance enrollment, and other seasonal operational processes.
• Research application, billing, and technical support questions for the Sales team by reviewing student records and providing accurate information.
• Follow established SOPs and process documentation to complete projects accurately and consistently.
• Identify errors, unusual records, and process concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate Sales Operations team member.
• Communicate project status, outstanding items, and potential delays to the Associate Manager and relevant team members.
• Assist with special projects and high-volume operational work during peak application and enrollment periods.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling student, family, academic, financial, and scholarship information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately manage high-volume administrative tasks, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and online platforms.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and organizing data.
• Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other technology-based tools.
• Very high-level customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow established processes, written instructions, and SOPs accurately and consistently.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently after training.
• Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify errors or discrepancies, ask appropriate questions, and escalate issues when needed.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential student and family information.
• Previous administrative, office, customer service, data entry, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Canvas, CRM systems, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
