Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist

Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near San Diego to hire a full-time Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Whether you’re an experienced school-based clinician or a newer SLP looking to grow your pediatric experience, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This position requires an SLP who is fluent in both Spanish & English. Position Details Full-time, contract position 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday schedule School year: September 2026 - June 2027 Additional caseload details provided on an interview with the district What You’ll Do Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans tailored to student needs Provide therapy services focused on articulation, language development, social communication, and related areas Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Active California SLP license Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required Why Join Soliant?
