What You'll Do:

Deliver expert nursing care to telemetry patients within a fast-paced hospital environment
Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
Assess patient needs and adjust treatments accordingly
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety standards
Support quality improvement initiatives and unit goals

What You Need:

Required:

Active Louisiana RN license
2+ years experience in telemetry or Critical Care
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical assessment and data interpretation skills
Effective communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Additional specialty certifications in cardiac or telemetry nursing
