Lead .NET Developer with React

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma required; a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
• 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
• 7–10 years of proficiency with most of the following: C#, React, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), RESTful and/or SOAP web services, .NET Core, MVC, Windows or Worker services, DevOps and CI/CD, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Extensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile concepts.
• Ability to create software flow diagrams; expert knowledge of database design and file management; and experience with relational databases.
• Ability to develop reusable software components for faster delivery.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and investigative skills related to application development and software products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas in user-friendly terms.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Review application effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies to improve or leverage existing systems.
• Design, build, implement, and administer applications, web pages, and websites; integrate websites with back-end applications and migrate legacy applications to the web.
• Analyze and prioritize front-end backlog tasks for applications in development.
• Research software products and services and make recommendations to support procurement and development.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, designers, and system owners to test software programs and applications.
• Work with product and scrum teams to ensure requirements are met and work is completed on schedule; coordinate with managers in other departments to align expectations.
• Mentor and support less experienced developers, lead code reviews, and help improve the teams development capabilities.
• Design software architecture for smaller projects and modifications; partner with the architecture team on robust, clean, scalable solutions for larger projects.
• Work with architects to build familiarity with newer technologies.
• Keep technical knowledge current through study, professional publications, and educational opportunities.
• Document and demonstrate solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Lead technical efforts and complete work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.
