Sr. Tax Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Tax Analyst to join a fast-growing B2B company with a strong culture and global footprint. The Sr. Tax Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring tax compliance, supporting strategic financial operations, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740, including footnote disclosures. Support preparation and review of U.S. federal and state tax returns. Manage and review fixed assets and related tax journal entries. Assist with sales/use and property tax compliance in coordination with advisors. Provide U.S. GAAP tax compliance support to non-U.S. teams. Lead process improvement and automation initiatives within the tax function. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MST preferred. 3–5 years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax compliance and ASC 740. Experience working with consultants and building processes from the ground up. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a solutions mindset. Experience with partnership taxation. Familiarity with U.S. international and foreign tax concepts.
