This independent contractor role is based in Vienna, VA and offers a flexible schedule for people who prefer the freedom of driving their own route. About National Water Services Established in 1991, National Water Services provides high‑quality drinking water through our FreshPure® Waters system. Our products are sold in leading natural and organic food stores and co‑ops throughout the United States and Canada. Field Technician – FreshPure Water Machines If you enjoy independent work and want a consistent, paid route, this position may be an exact fit. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Clean and disinfect the FreshPure machine inside and out. Take meter readings and log the data on your service report. Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit. Submit your completed report to the home office. Call in any items that look off—damage, mechanical issues, or other irregularities. If a machine has a mechanical or technical issue, you flag it and a Service Technician is dispatched. What You Need to Get Started A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. A smartphone with a camera for photo submissions. Attention to detail—follow the checklist every time. Reliability—you must show up when scheduled.
