F-35 LIGHTNING II JOINT PROGRAM OFFICE - PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Description You will serve as a Program Manager in the Systems Acquisition Group, Program Manager Department, Joint Strike Fighter Program (JSF/PO) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will provide management and oversight of services acquisitions through all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and controlling, and close-out. You will ensure services contract cost, schedule, and performance measures are standardized, monitored, tracked, and administered according to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) guidelines. You will provide performance project management and control including monitoring and tracking contract baselines (cost and schedule); tracking accomplishments (milestones and deliverables); reporting on contract performance, and invoice processing. You will analyze needs and synthesize requirements information to develop requirements for program initiatives and plans. You will participate with key personnel in the program office who are responsible for defining the goals of the program, as well as working with them in preparing comprehensive program plans for accomplishing goals and schedules.
