Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and team collaboration. Key Duties: Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological status; develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team involvement; coordinate and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team; monitor patient responses and revise care plans accordingly; promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and ensuring accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, BLS certification, and either a BSN or enrolled in a program to obtain one within four years. Skills include patient care delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and documentation. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift and transfer patients, and navigate busy environments. Some roles require driving.
