About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff. This executive role is pivotal in leading and managing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, high-priority special projects, and executive research and business analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts, preparing executive briefings, and ensuring the effective execution of enterprise priorities. The Deputy Chief of Staff will also be involved in organizational improvement, developing SOPs, and supporting transformation and M&A initiatives as required. Candidates for the Deputy Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and 8-15 years' of leadership experience in operations, consulting, strategy, finance, program management, military leadership, or similar fields. The role requires excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as executive presence and the ability to influence without direct authority. A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, commercial lending, or similar industries, and military leadership experience is a plus. Key soft skills include the ability to remain calm under pressure, exceptional communication, and strong problem-solving abilities. The role demands a proactive, adaptable individual who is willing to be hands-on and support the business as needed, with the flexibility to work extended hours when required.
