This role is a hands-on individual contributor position with high ownership and visibility, responsible for shaping product strategy and execution across key product areas. This role sits at the intersection of product management, data science, engineering, and customer outcomes, and is responsible for turning AI capabilities—LLMs, ML models, knowledge systems, and agentic workflows—into scalable, reliable, and valuable products.You will own AI-driven features end-to-end: from problem discovery and model-informed product strategy to execution, iteration, and measurable business impact. You will work closely with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and GTM teams to define, prioritize, and deliver AI-driven enterprise products that solve real customer problems.What You'll DoConduct market and customer analysis to identify pain points and unmet needsDefine product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned product areasIdentify high-value AI use cases and prioritize them based on ROI, feasibility, risk, and time-to-valueWork closely with customers, sales, and solutions teams to understand real-world workflows and pain pointsBuild clear, prioritized product requirements and translate them into an actionable engineering backlogPartner closely with Engineering in an agile development environment to deliver high-quality features quicklyProvide ongoing feedback and clarification to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycleCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to support product positioning, storytelling, and launchesWork directly with customer teams during implementations to ensure successful product adoptionAct as a product leader—clearly articulating customer needs, tradeoffs, and priorities while driving executionWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have QualificationsExperience building and scaling B2B productsStrong background in ERP or enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow)AI-first product mindset with experience building or launching AI-driven productsComfortable build high-fidelity requirements with conceptual prototypes with tools like Cursor, Replit or LoveableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with a bias toward measurable outcomes and experimentationProven ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and exercise strong judgmentDeep understanding of agile product development methodologiesStrong collaboration skills across engineering, GTM, and customer-facing teamsEngineering-aware (comfortable discussing platforms, architectures, and tradeoffs without being hands-on coding)Nice-to-Have / Domain SpecializationsExperience in one or more of the following product areas: Workflow enginesData harmonization across multiple enterprise platformsIndustry-specific enterprise solutionsCode remediation or platform modernizationStrong product storytelling and go-to-market experienceUX sensibility and ability to visualize AI-driven user experiencesWhy Tessera LabsBuild AI products that solve complex, real-world enterprise problemsWork at the intersection of AI, ERP systems, and automationHigh ownership, high impact, and direct influence on product directionCollaborate with a deeply technical and customer-focused teamNo third party may recruit, solicit candidates, publish job opportunities, use Tessera Labs' name or branding, or represent that they are acting on behalf of Tessera Labs without prior written authorization.
