Now Hiring: Production Operator Location: Newport Beach, CA Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with a consistent schedule and competitive pay? Education Requirements High school diploma required Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred Previous experience in a cGMP, chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated production environment is a plus Experience operating semi-automated or automated equipment preferred Basic computer skills preferred Job Duties Manufacture and assemble products according to production instructions and quality standards Operate blending, mixing, transfer, bottling, and packaging equipment Weigh, measure, and combine materials accurately to meet batch requirements Complete production records, batch documentation, and quality reports Monitor and calibrate weighing systems and production equipment Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation tasks Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and GMP requirements Work in a controlled production environment while using required PPE Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with training team members as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift and move production materials as required Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and chemical processes Able to wear required PPE for extended periods Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
