Team Lead* Payroll & Time

Das erwartet dich: Du führst dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und verantwortest den korrekten und reibungslosen Ablauf aller operativen Aufgaben innerhalb des Bereichs Payroll und Zeitwirtschaft. Du stellst Service Excellence sicher, indem du Standards und Arbeitsabläufe definierst und weiterentwickelst. Du steuerst fachbezogene Projekte und agierst als Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachbereichen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören Governance und Berichtswesen, einschließlich der Erstellung funktionaler Vorgaben für die DAW-Gruppe und Kontrolle der Prozesseinhaltung. Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung und Umsetzung bestehender sowie neuer gesetzlicher, tariflicher und betrieblicher Regelungen. Du sorgst dafür, dass dein Team fachlich am Puls der Zeit arbeitet, indem duWeiterbildung durch die Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Schulungsprogrammen und Trainings förderst. Das bringst du mit: Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation. Du bringst ausgeprägte Führungs- und Schnittstellenkompetenz mit und hast bereits Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Führung eines Teams im operativen Personalwesen. Du verfügst über tiefgreifendes, angewandtes Fachwissen in der Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft sowie Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Ablaufprozessen und der Erstellung funktionaler Vorgaben. Du bist vertraut mit den Systemen SAP HCM und Workday. Du verfügst über ein vertieftes Wissen über gesetzliche und tarifvertragliche Anforderungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Zeitwirtschaft und Gehaltsabrechnung. Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und eine strategische Denkweise aus. Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Kenntnisse einer weiteren Fremdsprache von Vorteil. #J-18808-Ljbffr DAW SE Germany
