We are seeking a highly skilled Master Automotive Technician to join our team, with immediate openings at our Trooper, PA location. This role is ideal for a top‐tier professional who excels in advanced diagnostics, complex electrical systems, and cutting‐edge automotive technology. Candidates must speak and understand English fluently. This role requires rotating Saturday shifts as part of the regular work schedule. Pay $80K - $100K plus
Required Skills & Expertise (Master-Level)
- Advanced Diagnostics: Expert ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software‐related issues.
- EV & Hybrid Systems: Deep understanding of Electric Vehicle drivetrains, high‐voltage systems, battery management, and safety protocols.
- Programming & Calibration: Proficiency in module programming, coding, re‐flashing, and OEM‐level software updates.
- Technical Leadership: Ability to mentor junior technicians, guide diagnostic processes, and support shop workflow.
- Certifications:
- ASE Master Certification strongly preferred
- Emissions & Safety Licenses
- OEM training or brand‐specific certifications are a plus
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in a high‐volume, fast‐paced service environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics on powertrain, electrical, ADAS, and EV systems.
- Execute complex repairs, calibrations, and module programming.
- Lead EV maintenance, battery service, and high‐voltage system repairs.
- Support the service team with expert‐level troubleshooting and repair strategy.
- Ensure all work meets OEM standards and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with a forward‐thinking team focused on next‐generation automotive technology.
