Document all activities accurately, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

Valid State License as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of your start date.
