Position Overview

Stanberry REALTORS® is seeking an organized, creative, and tech-savvy Director of Agent Support to support our agents and three offices. This position works closely with the brokerage’s CEO, leadership, agents, office managers, and vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects, enjoys helping people, communicates well, and can move easily between marketing projects and administrative tasks.

Real estate experience is a strong plus, as many of the position's responsibilities involve listings, agent marketing, real estate technology, and industry-specific communications.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing, Social Media & Communications

• Create and manage social media content for the brokerage's Austin, Bastrop, and Dripping Springs offices.
• Develop graphics, listing content, occasional video/Reel content, and company announcements.
• Plan, create, and distribute the brokerage's monthly newsletter, including researching content, creating graphics, and collecting agent submissions.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting notes, reminders, training opportunities, open house opportunities, and other agent resources.
• Maintain internal email distribution lists.

Agent Marketing & Support

• Serve as a marketing and resource point person for agents across the brokerage.
• Create and coordinate agent marketing materials, including business cards, flyers, email campaigns, listing materials, and social media content.
• Assist with marketing for new listings, open houses, price changes, agent accomplishments, and other brokerage announcements.
• Coordinate ordering of business cards, signage, and branded stationery.
• Maintain and update brokerage marketing and informational packets.

Agent Onboarding & Technology

• Coordinate the marketing and technology portions of new-agent onboarding.
• Set up agent profiles, website accounts, and landing pages,
• Collect and organize agent bios, headshots, business cards, email signatures, and IABS forms. 
• Introduce new agents to brokerage marketing resources, internal tools, and systems.
• Work with IT to coordinate agent setup, troubleshooting, and lead preferences.
• Provide basic training and ongoing support for CINC.
• Coordinate agent offboarding and communicate agent status changes internally.

Training, Meetings & Agent Engagement

• Coordinate the brokerage's weekly speaker series, including brainstorming topics, identifying and scheduling speakers, maintaining the calendar, coordinating presenters, and promoting sessions to agents.
• Assist brokerage leadership with weekly sales meeting agendas, announcements, and supporting materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with title companies, lenders, vendors, and other potential speakers and resources.
• Coordinate occasional company events and agent engagement initiatives, including happy hours, productivity contests, and company awards when held.
• Assist with event sponsorships, venue coordination, and event communications.

Website & Brokerage Resources

• Maintain agent-facing website resources and coordinate website updates with IT as needed.
• Keep brokerage calendars, documents, forms, and internal resources current.
• Help ensure agents know where to find and how to use available brokerage resources.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain records related to cooperating compensation on company listings.
• Track marketing-related agent billing, print charges, and design time and provide necessary information to accounting.
• Maintain records of company and agent Board of REALTORS® and MLS memberships and coordinate billing information with accounting.
• Maintain other internal administrative spreadsheets.
• Coordinate recurring marketing supply and signage orders.
• Support other agent, marketing, and brokerage projects as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with real estate agents, vendors, and outside partners.
• Experience with or willingness to learn marketing and design platforms,
• Comfortable learning and supporting technology platforms and troubleshooting basic user issues.
• Attention to detail, particularly when working with agent information, listings, and schedules.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook and spreadsheets.
• Graphic design, social media, and email marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with WordPress, Adobe InDesign, CRM/lead-management platforms, or similar systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate listings, brokerage operations, and real estate terminology is a plus.

Platforms & Tools

This position regularly works with tools and platforms including MLS systems, Meta, CINC, Canva, Mailchimp, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Dropbox, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress. Experience with Canva or InDesign required. Previous experience with every platform is not required, but the ability to learn new systems quickly is important.

Work Location

This is a primarily remote position, with most day-to-day responsibilities performed remotely. The role does require the ability to travel to our Westlake office for occasional in-person meetings, trainings, or company events. In-person attendance is not regularly required but will be needed from time to time.
