What You'll Be Doing

At InterEx, recruitment is fundamentally a sales and business development career. You’ll be responsible for developing your own market, creating commercial relationships and becoming an expert within your chosen technology space.

Your role will include:

• Identifying and approaching potential clients to generate new business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers
• Developing your ability to pitch, negotiate and sell recruitment solutions
• Identifying and engaging with high-quality technology professionals
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Growing your personal network and developing your own specialist market
• Negotiating commercial terms and closing business
• Managing both client and candidate relationships throughout the process
• Working towards clear individual sales, activity and revenue targets
