Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a large-scale initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex enterprise initiatives with regulatory and SOX compliance requirements. They should have successfully delivered projects supporting IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other business transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls, audit readiness, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful project execution from initiation through deployment and post-production supp t. This role requires leadership, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and delivery expertise across multiple technology domai ns. Key Responsibili tiesLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise IT projects and programs, from business case and planning through implementation, deployment, and hyper c are.Manage multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from multi-million-dollar initiatives to enterprise transformation progr ams.Drive project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and financial track ing.Collaborate with business leaders, executive stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure successful program execut ion.Establish project governance, steering committee cadence, executive reporting, and decision-making framewo rks.Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation strateg ies.Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Data, and Change Management te ams.Oversee end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, cutover planning, and production stabilizat ion.Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requireme nts.Ensure quality delivery while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and business objecti ves.Coordinate with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and offshore/onshore delivery te ams.Monitor KPIs, project health, milestone achievement, and executive dashboa rds.Support organizational change management, user adoption, training, and communication pl ans.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guideli nes.Facilitate lessons learned and continuous process improvement initiati ves. Required Qualifica tionsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discip line.10 years of IT experience with at least 8–10 years managing enterprise-scale IT projects or prog rams.Demonstrated experience leading enterprise implementations involving multiple business units and global t eams.Strong expertise in project lifecycle management, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and executive repor ting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
