Provides advice on controversial, precedent-setting, and unusually difficult classification matters. Provides advice on interpretation of policies and regulations.Desired QualificationsMaster's degree or MBA in Human Resources.6+ years demonstrated experience as HR generalist or business partner.2+ years demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports.Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Leadership skills and a passion for creating trustworthy relationships.Experience with the DOD, Federal, or Defense Industry sectors.Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) or similar certification.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business-related field.US citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.Required Experience5+ years HR generalist or business partner experience.Knowledge of HR regulations, practices, procedures, and programs.Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met given frequent interruptions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled
