Trainee - Account Executive

Key Responsibilities Provide timely responses to internal / external customers in accordance with established service standards. Ultimate ownership of the client relationship, including understanding the customer’s strategic priorities and how fleet impacts the client’s organization. Responsible for developing, supporting and/or executing strategic initiatives. Work cohesively with Client Admins, teammates and internal contacts. Understand client data, aid in reporting development, and monitor client KPIs. Ability to influence decision-making through proactive engagement, recommendations, and creative solutions. Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) / drivers and coordinate with ARI departments to resolve in a timely manner. Investigate and provide resolution to client issues, log all inquiries and summaries of issue and resolution. Provide regular status updates on open items with clients. Minimal travel is required. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent — Required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience — Preferred. 3+ years Account Management or Customer Relationship Management experience — Required. Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus. Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.). The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
