Peer Recovery Specialist - Connect, Guide & Empower

Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio seeks a Peer Recovery Specialist in Columbus, OH to provide outreach, engagement, and support for patients experiencing overdose and substance use disorders in the LSS Health Center environment. You'll work with the Health Center team to enroll and monitor participants, connect them to treatment and community resources, develop care pathways, document progress, and promote recovery through peer support groups and community partnerships. #J-18808-Ljbffr Network of Hope
