Composite Technician

Job Title: Composite Technician ($28/hour- $32/hour)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician to perform bonding and sanding tasks, assemble pipes and module boxes, and troubleshoot hardware. This role involves mechanical assembly and requires a versatile individual comfortable in a dynamic start-up tech environment.
Responsibilities

• Bonding and sanding of components.
• Assemble pipes and module boxes.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Assist engineers with mechanical assembly and repair tasks.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems with software boxes.
• Assemble 20ft antennas for testing and simulation.
• Load and unload containers of antenna parts.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and general labor.
• Proficiency in assembly, loading, and logistics.
• Knowledge of composite assembly, specifically carbon fiber pipes.
• Ability to sand and bond 3D printed components.
• Comfortable working in a start-up tech environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Adaptability to wear different hats and support various tasks.
• Capability to work in a fluid and flexible job environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hermosa Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
