As a General Manager, you will lead your restaurant, mentor and develop team members, and drive overall operational and financial performance. You will champion Wendy’s culture and ensure each customer’s expectations are exceeded on every visit. Responsibilities Lead restaurant operations and mentor the store team to achieve strong results Drive great customer service and ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness Achieve benchmarks in food, labor, service, and sanitation; manage budgets and profitability Implement and uphold Wendy’s brand standards and company policies Qualifications Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations Strong background in restaurant operations, including achieving performance benchmarks and leading teams Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing Great Bonus Program, Same Day Pay, Flexible Schedules Group Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligibility requirements) Retirement Plan (eligibility requirements) and Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Other voluntary insurance options (HSA, disability, accident, life) About Flynn Group Flynn Group is an equal opportunity employer.
