The General Manager is responsible for managing shifts, operating and maintaining the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction in day to day restaurant operations, and managing staff performance. The General Manager must have experience in business management, must know how to maintain a team motivated and should be an excellent communicator.

Overseeing operations, you will develop and mentor your team and ensure a positive dining experience for your customers by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining QSC standards, and ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets.
