Outside Sales Representative

Location: Orlando or Tampa, FL area
Territory: Florida’s West Coast, including Tampa, Sarasota, areas north of Tampa, and Orlando

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support business development and account growth throughout an assigned Florida territory. This position will play an important role in expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Orlando or Tampa area and will be comfortable spending the majority of their workweek on the road visiting customers. This is a highly customer-facing position suited for a proactive, self-motivated sales professional with industry experience who is eager to grow with a successful organization.

The Outside Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager, North America.

Territory amp; Travel Requirements

• Territory includes Tampa, Sarasota, areas north of Tampa, and Orlando , with a primary focus on Florida#39;s west coast.
• Candidates should be based in the Orlando or Tampa area .
• This is a field-based position requiring approximately 4–5 days per week on the road visiting customers .
• The company office is located in Orlando, Florida .
• Travel to the Orlando office is expected approximately once per week or every other week for meetings, collaboration, and business needs.
• Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for the assigned market.
• Drive business development by actively identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and accounts.
• Provide product and project details to fabricators, glaziers, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals.
• Coordinate and review quotations with estimators and inside sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and market share within both residential and commercial sectors.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications amp; Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar outside sales or business development role .
• Previous experience within the relevant industry preferred.
• Proven ability to proactively develop new business and generate sales opportunities.
• Comfortable working independently and spending the majority of the workweek in the field.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Sales-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong desire to learn, develop professionally, and grow within the organization.
