Griffin Ace Hardware - Immediate Retail Department Manager Position available Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and helping people with their home improvement projects? Griffin Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. As part of our community, you'll be working in a fun and fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to learn valuable retail and customer service skills. Responsibilities: Assist customers in finding products for their home improvement projects Manage a department Provide exceptional customer service Assist on the cash registers for back-up as needed Maintain a clean and organized store environment Work with customers throughout the store (Paint, Plumbing, Hardware, Garden, Tools, BBQ, Housewares, Electrical) Requirements: No education requirements Full-time schedule Overall general knowledge and/or experience in HOUSEHOLD hardware, garden, paint, plumbing.
