Our Lot attendants provide support to our Service departments by maintaining all vehicles to dealership standards. Our Lot Attendants are also responsible for keeping the automobile inventory neat and well maintained, as well as moving vehicles throughout the lot to specified locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice. Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipts. Park new vehicles in assigned areas. Catalog and store keys. Move sold vehicles to maximize the use of space and keep the lot in order. Deliver sold vehicles to the new‑vehicle preparation department. Wash vehicles externally using all the proper cleaning solutions and equipment. Vacuum interior of vehicle to remove all dirt and debris while carefully not disturbing customer personal items. Park clean cars in the designated area for delivery. Maintain dealership presence – clean up around the lot, look for garbage, etc. Prep new vehicles for PDI to be performed. Gas up sold vehicles, trade’s, etc.

Being a team player. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Other duties as assigned. Driving is an essential function of this position. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.
