Project Administrator
DJM Design CAD & Coordination Services, Inc.
Location: Schwenksville, PA

DJM Design CAD & Coordination Services, Inc. is an established BIM drafting and coordination firm providing high-quality design support, clash detection, and BIM coordination management services to the construction industry.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project team. In this role, you will manage project documentation, coordinate communication among clients, project managers, and drafters, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities

• Process and track submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute action items.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical project documentation, records, and files.
• Support quality control reviews of drawings and coordination models.
• Facilitate communication among clients, project managers, and drafting teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred but not required

• Familiarity with AIA documents, submittals, and change orders.
• A degree in project management or a related field.
