Residential Counselor Community Resources for Justice, Inc. Leominster, Massachusetts, United States About this Position This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week, non‑exempt position located in Leominster, MA. Eligible for benefits with a starting rate of $18 per hour. Schedule First/Second shifts What you'll do Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including those in the clients’ Individual Service Plan. Act as a positive role model to support client safety and quality of life. Administer medications and complete documentation such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Must pass required certifications in allotted time set by the agency. Must pass a criminal and driver’s check. Benefits Eligible for benefits. Starting rate $18/hr. Pay range $18‑$22 per hour.
