This role is located in Lake MaryIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead execution of core Middle Office IBOR reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client and operational outputs in line with service, risk, and control standards.Take ownership of complex exceptions, break resolution, and issue analysis, driving effective remediation and continuous improvement across processes.Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, and Client Service to support change initiatives, platform enhancements, and implementation activity.Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reduce manual touchpoints, and strengthen standardization through process optimization and disciplined operating practices.Contribute to a strong control environment by escalating risks proactively, supporting audit/compliance requirements, and ensuring adherence to established procedures and governance.Provide day-to-day guidance and subject matter support to colleagues, helping to build team capability and maintain high-quality execution.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Demonstrated experience in Middle Office, IBOR, accounting services, or related investment operations disciplines.Good knowledge of investment products and related lifecycle events.Strong understanding of operational controls, exception management, and process governance within a deadline-driven environment.Proven ability to manage competing priorities, analyze issues effectively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.Experience supporting change, process improvement, or platform transformation initiatives is strongly valued.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy, client impact, and operational resilience.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:BNY NewsroomBNY LinkedIn Here’s a few of our recent awards: America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025Our Benefits and Rewards:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
