Position Summary

Our client is seeking an  Assistant Project Manager to support a dynamic project team responsible for managing multiple concurrent initiatives. This role serves as a key partner to Project Managers by coordinating documentation, tracking project progress, maintaining project records, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Support multiple Project Managers across a portfolio of active projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, approvals, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review, organize, and track project submissions and supporting documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, billing support, and maintenance of project-related financial records.
• Manage contract documentation, compliance records, and project closeout materials.
• Review quotes, proposals, and project requirements for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain project drawings, revisions, and document control processes.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and outstanding action items to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure project files, records, and documentation remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and operational needs.
• Generate reports and provide project updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative or operational responsibilities.
