Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

What You'll Do:

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and assess children with developmental, physical, sensory, and functional challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills, sensory processing, fine motor development, self-regulation, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary therapy teams.
• Educate and empower families through ongoing support and home program recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

• Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM.
• Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule options.
• Part-time opportunities available with the ability to grow into full-time employment.
• Compensation options available: salaried, hourly, or pay-per-unit.

Competitive Compensation:

• $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
• Equivalent hourly range: $33.65 - $40.87.
