Leasing Agent

PRIEB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced residential property management environment.

Please note: Applicants must have previous on-site leasing experience to be considered for this position.

Preferred Experience

Minimum of 1 year of on-site leasing experience
Experience with Yardi and RentCafe
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Reliable transportation
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Rotating Wednesdays off
Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Location

The main office is located in Olathe, Kansas , with properties located throughout Johnson County and southern Wyandotte County .
