Hyde House is seeking a Member Experience Associate to join our team and play a key role in delivering a high-touch, hospitality-driven environment across our Tampa locations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-facing role, is highly organized, and takes pride in creating seamless, elevated day-to-day experiences for members and guests.

What You’ll Do

Member Experience & Front Desk

• Deliver a warm, polished, and hospitality-first experience to all members and guests
• Serve as a primary point of contact across Hyde House locations
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain a seamless environment

Operations & Administrative Support

• Support day-to-day operations to ensure the space is clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist with bookings, member inquiries, and general administrative needs
• Maintain strong working knowledge of amenities, memberships, and availability

Membership Platform & Billing Support

• Utilize OfficeRnD for bookings, member management, and general support
• Assist with billing and invoicing inquiries in coordination with leadership

Tours & Sales Support

• Conduct professional tours for prospective members
• Capture lead information and support follow-up efforts with the leasing team

Community & Brand Engagement

• Build relationships with members and local businesses
• Support occasional marketing initiatives, events, and activations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems (OfficeRnD experience is a plus)
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or coworking environments preferred

Details

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with availability required between 7:30 AM–5:15 PM
• (Some evenings, weekends, and event coverage may be required)
• Benefits: PTO eligibility after 90 days
