Job Summary:
Travel Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position available in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing specialized patient care in a 20-bed ICU unit, with a focus on adult critical care. The position requires adaptability to floating across units and adherence to hospital protocols, supporting the organizations commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and every other holiday required.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in ACLS, minimum of 2 years ICU experience, Cerner experience preferred, open heart surgery experience preferred, Impella experience preferred, Pennsylvania state licensure or eligible, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with open heart surgery, Impella devices, and Cerner electronic medical record system.
• Additional Information: The role may require floating to other ICU units within the facility. This is a vacant, full-time position open due to internal staffing needs, with a maximum of 3 days of consecutive time off (RTO). The unit employs navy scrub attire and is committed to maintaining a high standard of patient care.
