About the Role

CTG is seeking a smart, motivated, and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will support full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions across government contracts, proposals, and new program efforts. The ideal candidate has experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about identifying top talent, supporting company growth, and helping individuals build fulfilling careers.

You'll play a key role in shaping our team and representing CTG in the competitive world of government contracting. You Will Get To

• Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including Software Engineers, Software Testers, Platform Engineers, Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Program Managers, and beyond.
• Source candidates using job boards like LinkedIn and Clearance Jobs
• Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
• Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand role requirements and timelines
• Write clear, compliant job descriptions
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System
• Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay informed about government contracting (GovCon) hiring trends, labor market shifts, and clearance-related news

• A strong communicator who can effectively engage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity while supporting mission-critical hiring initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with an interest in supporting cleared and GovCon recruiting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Priority given to candidates located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
• Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Ability to understand and discuss security clearance requirements with candidates
• Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Nice to Have

• Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS
• Experience recruiting for cleared roles, including Secret, TS, TS/SCI, and CI Poly positions
• Familiarity with federal government contracting requirements
• Background in technical recruiting
• Personable, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Salary

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $55k to $75k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
