Production Supervisor

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Lexington, SC

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and help deliver high-quality products to our customers. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations and leading a team of production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.

✅ Supervise and coordinate daily production activities

✅ Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules

✅ Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, and production performance

✅ Ensure on-time delivery and quality objectives are consistently achieved

✅ Train, coach, and develop production employees

✅ Conduct performance evaluations and document employee progress

✅ Maintain accurate production records, work orders, and productivity reports

✅ Read and interpret blueprints and bills of material

✅ Communicate effectively with Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping teams

✅ Utilize I-Beam software for inventory movement and control

✅ Report daily production metrics, scrap, and operational concerns

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

✅ Assist with assembly line setup, machine setup, and workflow optimization

✅ Ensure work instructions are accurate and up to date

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Familiarity with environmental and safety compliance requirements
• Proficiency with production reporting and documentation

This is a Contract position based out of Lexington, SC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
