Certified Nurse MidwifeUnified Women's Healthcare, the largest physician practice management company dedicated solely to women, is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our affiliated partner, Dr. Hyler & Associates, serving the growing communities of Middleburg and Orange Park.About Practice:Dr. Hyler & Associates is a well-established practice, serving women and families in the Jacksonville area since 1996, and it has always been our mission to provide outstanding services while emphasizing one-on-one personal care and attention with our specialists.Locations: Three office sites – Orange Park, Middleburg, and Fleming IslandHospital affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries performed at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park HospitalTeam structure: 6 Board-Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 CNMsCall schedule: Call Schedule evenly shared with team of Midwives; Contracted for 6 call days per monthPatient volume: 18 -23 patients per dayCulture: Supportive, collegial, and dedicated to work-life balanceCompensation and Benefits:Base salary Year 1: $90k+Full benefits package including health, retirement, and malpractice coverageOpen to both new graduates and experienced physiciansCompensation/Benefits Highlights:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision401k with matchingShort- and long-term disability, company paid life insuranceCompany paid malpractice coverageSupportive and appreciative cultureRequirements:AMCB Certified Nurse-MidwifeGraduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) licenseCPR and NALS CertificationCurrent Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtainNew graduates are welcome to apply.
