- Full time
- Conducts psychosocial assessments and provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and other clinical social work services.
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patients' mental health and psychosocial needs.
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care, referrals, and support services.
- Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
- Performs other duties within the scope of licensure as assigned
- Current, valid, and unrestricted North Carolina license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 2 years + of recent experience as a LCSW
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,..)
