RN Shift Supervisor | Weekend Rotation | $32.60–$42.80/hr | $10K Sign-On Bonus Sumter Health and Rehabilitation. Weekend rotation required. Pay rate $32.60–$42.80 per hour. Sign-on bonus $10,000 (Full-Time Only). What You’ll Do Supervise and support nursing staff across shifts. Ensure high-quality resident care and clinical standards. Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination. Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes. Serve as a resource and leader for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
