What You’ll Do As a Product Sales Specialist , you’ll meet with prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend life insurance solutions that help protect the people they care about. Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through consistent follow-up. Educate individuals and families about life insurance products and financial protection strategies. Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client’s goals and needs. Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records. Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices. Obtain and maintain the required state life insurance license if not currently licensed. Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who are: At least 18 years of old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Currently residing in the United States. Able to obtain and maintain a resident state Life Insurance License, or currently licensed. Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. Organized with strong time-management skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Interested in sales, business, finance, customer service, or entrepreneurship. Experience in athletics, leadership organizations, customer service, military service, or other team-oriented environments can help develop many of the skills that contribute to success in this role.
