• Clinical autonomy to practice the way you were trained patient-first, not quota-first.

• Modern tech at your fingertips (digital imaging, intraoral cameras, scanners; CBCT where applicable).

• Mentorship for early-career RDHs and ongoing development (chairside support, peer shadowing, CE opportunities).

• Predictable schedules with full-time stability or set part-time blocks.

• Supportive culture clear communication with doctors, helpful teammates, and leadership that listens.

• Base pay range: $50 $55/hr (experience, skills, and schedule considered).
