Facility and Location Facility: GSS MN Waconia Westview Acres Address: 433 W 5th St, Waconia, MN 55387, USA Job Details Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 32.00 Salary Range: $16.00 - $25.50 Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000 Job Summary Provides care and services including medication administration, assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, cleaning, and resident transfer to promote a safe and efficient environment. Responsibilities Provide care and services such as medication administration and other healthcare duties as assigned. Assist residents with medication self‑administration and administer medications with proper training. Assist residents in maintaining proper appearance, bathing, toileting, dressing, and cleanliness. Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking. Obtain vital signs accurately and report changes in resident health status. Adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines, following aseptic cleaning techniques and chemical use guidelines. Assist with preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks. Fold, hang, distribute clean linens and personal clothing, and launder soiled linens. Clean residents' rooms, bathrooms, work areas, and other public areas. Participate in community involvement and work with volunteers. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; GED may be required. If working at a facility where a lift is utilized to move residents, must meet the minimum state age requirement. Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies per state guidelines.
